In 2007 it was decided by the Trustees and Leadership Team that an Inclusion Lead role be created. The lead was to develop and coach Options and it’s staff so that the people we support have more enhanced opportunities to make friends, explore relationships and to encourage active involvement with families and loved ones. To have the opportunity to be a contributing member of their communities, by exploring together all avenues available to them.
