All of our staff receive considerable training (10 days per year), that goes beyond any statutory requirements. This ensures that they focus on person centeredness, developing independence, developing relationships and community connections and ensuring that people are in control of their own lives. We welcome families to join us on training events. Options is one of a small group of person centred providers who came together to develop a national certificate to deliver the personalisation agenda amongst our staff. We hold an annual event to celebrate the work we have done, renew our focus on our mission and to plan the year ahead. – ENGLAND
